Biblical (Character-Type)

The Biblical character is a type of character role in any story, fictional or non-fictional. The character-type is any male or female who exists in the period of ancient history as told in the world's numerous version of the Bible. This character can be a main or supporting character in any story. Biblical can also describe a personality trait displayed in a character who might refer to passages from the bible occasionally or frequently throughout the course of a story. This is strongly synonymous with religious characters.
